My take is that the letter was sent to the guy whom the song is intended for - because the song is all about a girl who is not noticed by the guy of her dreams ... yet ... and she's asking the Salamin (mirror, mirror on the wall) when is he going to notice her. BINI is composed of 8 amazing ladies from the Philipines and they were each chosen for their fantastic talent in singing. Each of them can be a lead singer. Dancing comes second nature because, you know, every Filipino can dance (LOL!). This song has a pop vibe but BINI also has songs which demonstrates each of their voice power in the true essence of the word. For example, you can check them out when they guested in the WISH (USA) Bus singing a soulful song LIVE, and where their wonderful harmony really shows.
